Hunter Environmental Consulting is based in Arnside, Cumbria, just south of the Lake District National Park and West of the Yorksire Dales National Park. Being situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty we are very aware of the competing pressures of biodiveristy, conservation, business, industry, tourism and leisure.

Hunter Environmental Consulting is run by Sue Hunter MSc, FGS. Sue has worked in earth sciences and environmental management for 21 years and has a solid track record of proven experience across the environmental field. Sue spent a number of years with the Environment Agency and its predecessor the National Rivers Authority.
